How does Jobflow differ from other AI-powered services?

Most services are either résumé builders or scanners that simply prompt the user to make improvements to their own materials. They are cumbersome and fail to provide a simple process that is fully automated for user. No other service tailors application materials uniquely for each application, nor work over the top of existing resources like State job banks.

Can employers tell when job seekers use AI in their writing?

Most employers say they can tell when candidates are using AI to write their materials but they are talking about the basic use of ChatGPT and resume templates that use the same canned language following telltale patterns. This is no more effective than spamming employers with a generic résumé.

Résumés and cover letters produced by Jobflow are not detected as AI-generated for two main reasons: 
1) Our iterative process prompts the user to provide better examples of skills and accomplishments that are unique to their work history so we start with stronger base material

Data privacy is one of our top priorities. We employ advanced encryption methods and stay ahead of industry standards to ensure that user data is protected. We also follow GDPR and related regulations to maintain privacy and security of our customers. We never sell job seeker user data nor use it for any purpose other than to match them to open job opportunities and to draft better job application materials. Workforce Development & Innovation Centers can subscribe annually for one low subscription fee, providing unlimited usage for their customers. We don't want you to have to worry if you are up against a user cap - we prefer you help as many locals as possible!

Pricing is based on the number of anticipated users, but is generally the cost of hiring one part-time staff member.

Does Jobflow work while customers use our State job site?

Yes! Jobflow works right over the top of existing resources, including your State's official job bank through our Chrome extension. We simply have to turn on access for your State if we aren't already working with workforce centers in your region who requested access. Contact us to find out more.

Here's how it works:

  • Users onboard with Jobflow and download our extension directly from the Google Chrome store. We will prompt this from their account dashboard.
  • While viewing any job on the State job bank, they simply click 'Add to my Jobflow' from our browser extension.
  • Jobflow will instantly scan the job description and requirements, compare that with the user's résumé, and instantly rewrite their résumé to better match what is important to the specific hiring manager. We'll also draft a personalized cover letter to match.
  • The user may access their tailored résumé and cover letter while they stay on the State job site, and all documents along with the job details will be saved to the user's Jobflow account for quick access.
