9. We recommend you first add critical details to your 'Master Resume', which is simply the condensed version of the resume you upload during onboarding. It is not ready to apply to jobs. Master Resume is simply where you'll add all relevant details Jobflow should refer to when creating tailored resumes for you.
It is highly recommended that you add key accomplishments and achievements from your most recent annual self-assessment or other feedback and documentation, focusing on:
b. Did your role deal with budgets or dollar figures? How much and what size? How many people did you lead? Did you help cut costs by a certain % or did your work lead to improvements that can be quantified? How did you achieve that exactly? Those are the details to add to Master Resume under your work history.
10. Now you are ready for Jobflow to optimize and tailor your Master Resume to specific jobs to which you want to apply! Click on the 'Tailor my resume' button and copy and paste the details from a specific job posting you find on any job site - or on any employer's career site - and continue:
11. Your new tailored resume and personalized cover letter will be saved to your 'Job Manager' where you can access your documents and custom insights about each job by clicking the job card:
12. Review your tailored resume, read the JobMatch insights we've prepared on your fit for this role, and what we updated in your tailored resume based on the employer's requirements. You may edit any details within the web editor. Click the styling button to change the style and format, and then 'download PDF' when you are ready to apply to this particular role.
Hint: make sure the 'headers and footers' box is unchecked in the advanced settings in the 'Download PDF' popup:

You'll receive an email with a snippet of the top 3 job matches along with others within the Curated Jobs tab in your account.
